Associate Pastor for Administration & Adult Family Ministry
After growing up in Ft. Lauderdale, Scott met his wife Marcie at college in North Carolina. Moving to pursue graduate education in the mid-90's, his family has called Louisville home since 1996. Scott and Marcie have four children, Chloe (4/3/02), Kylie (9/3/05), Caleb (2/23/07), and Colin (6/12/09) in whom they delight, working to instill in them a passion for Christ and a love for the nations. While completing master's and doctoral degrees at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, Scott served the seminary as the Director of Recruiting and Admissions, leading to expansion of the undergraduate, graduate and doctoral enrollments of that historic institution. Training and experience have built a strong commitment to the local church into Scott's heart and he is passionate about seeing people discover the great joys of being a disciple of Jesus Christ. Prior to his current role, Scott has served churches in Florida, North Carolina, and Kentucky. .
