If the Gospel is true, it should affect how we relate to one another and what kind of mark we are attempting to leave on the world for King Jesus.  We glorify God by doing the work He has given is to do - which includes those things we talk about in our values section - enjoying, exalting, equipping, and extending.  We demonstrate the Gospel, not just in our doctrinal statement, but also in how we interact with each other and the world.

We attempt to help individual believers grow in these four value areas by some practically arranged groupings that you see listed to the left. While being involved in one of these various groups doesn't solve all your problems or necessarily make you more spiritual, NOT being in some kind of group usually indicates spiritual or relational problems of some sort.  After all, Jesus example is not that He simply saves us; He then points us toward a new community.

Our "Fellowship and Care" groups meet on Sunday morning during the 9:30-10:30 hour. While based on the study of the Word, these groups are the best avenue for really getting to know other believers and to be known by others.

Our "Equipping" groups happen on Wednesday night through a series of seminars we provide on various topics. These groups may include people of all ages and focus on a particular topic, typically for a short to medium time commitment (4-12 weeks).

Ministry teams are more task focused and have responsibility for a specifically designed ministry. These are open to all and may even include children and youth.  These teams can change from year to year.  It just depends on what passions and leaders God provides to our congregation.

Cedar Creek is very involved in missions.  This is fleshed out locally, regionally, and internationally.  Check this page out for new opportunities!

In all these efforts, our hope is that all of the believers at Cedar Creek will be involved in healthy relationships, growing in their knowledge of God, and serving in important ways!
