My Response:	Salvation - I am inviting Jesus into my life. I am willing to be baptized as a symbol of my new life in Christ. Learn more about God - I want to move forward in learning more about God, the Bible and Christianity. Reestablish spiritual priorities - I want to begin again to follow God and His will for my life. Baptism - I have previously accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior, but have never been baptized by immersion. Membership - I would like to discuss membership with someone from the church. Orientation - I would like to attend the next Inquirer's and New Member Orientation. Other - Ministry Area - I am interested in getting more involved in one of the ministry areas in the church.
