When does a boy become a man? That's a question that is vexing western countries. It seems that the more econmically developed a country becomes, the longer the concept of adolescence grows. Let me introduce you to Theodore Michael Bird!  He was born at 5:28 AM weighing 8 lbs. 7 ozs. and measuring 20.5 in.  Mom and baby are doing great!  They are at Baptist East, room 323 and are welcoming visitors.  Greg and Lindsey are the proud parents and Joe and BJ Powell are the proud grandparents.

Meet the newest (biological) member of the extended Cedar Creek family.  Liam Braddock Hopkins was born to Reid & Sarah Hopkins.  Liam was born Sunday at 2:54 PM, weighed 6 lbs. 10 ozs., and was 19 inches long.  All are doing well!

 

 

Bible-believing Christians are guilty of using the word "inerrancy" without necessarily understanding what it means.  While the word itself is not found in the scriptures (neither is "Trinity"), the concept is very important and gets to the heartbeat of what we believe about the nature, inspiration, truthfulness, and authority of God's Word.  The Chicago Statement on Biblical Inerrancy provides the best summary of what biblical inerrancy entails.  Check it out!
